Junior Kara Hachigan has been named the new Reserve World Champion for the Saddlebred Three-Gaited Jr. Exhibitor division at the Equestrian World Championships in Louisville, KY. She and her horse "CH Hi on Heir" finished second among the 60 competitors who qualified to compete in this year's final. The championships showcase the talents of numerous young equestrians and thousands of horses from around the world. Congratulations to Kara!
